When selecting a therapist, consider the training and experience in treating your condition or concerns to ensure you get the appropriate and desired outcomes. A primary care doctor is the first stop for health-related concerns, routine checkups, or non-emergency medical care. A primary care doctor can help you stay healthy and prevent future complications by recommending preventive services like screening, treating physical and mental health issues, and referring you to the proper specialist when you need more help with specific health issues.
To ensure we can best meet your needs, please have the following information, like legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, insurance information, and purpose of the visit when you are ready to call us to schedule an appointment.
Everyone is different, but in general, it is recommended that people have a wellness visit at least once a year if they have overall good health; older patients should see their providers at least twice per year for blood tests/labs and more frequently regardless of your age if you have any chronic medical problems like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), hypertension, and diabetes.
